These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Worthship application and platform. By using Worthship, you agree to these Terms.
Worthship is a church management and worship planning platform. Worthship provides software tools to help organizations plan services, organize teams, manage song libraries, and coordinate worship ministries.
Worthship is not a music publisher, music distributor, copyright licensing organization, streaming service, or cloud storage provider for commercial media.
All songs, lyrics, chord charts, arrangements, documents, media, files, and other content uploaded to Worthship remain the sole property of the organization or the respective copyright owners.
Worthship does not claim ownership of any content uploaded by users.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights, licenses, or permissions required to upload, store, or share such content.
Each organization retains full ownership of its:
Worthship does not acquire ownership of any organization data. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service to you and your organization members.
Worthship does not provide music licensing, copyright licensing, public performance licensing, synchronization licensing, or any similar rights.
Organizations are solely responsible for obtaining any licenses required to use copyrighted musical works, including licenses from CCLI, OneLicense, publishers, or any applicable copyright owner.
Worthship does not require organizations to connect a CCLI account in order to use the platform. Whether an organization needs a CCLI license depends entirely on how it uses copyrighted works and applicable copyright laws.
Worthship does not operate a public music catalog or streaming service. Audio files stored within organizations are private to that organization and accessible only to its authorized members.
Organizations may connect or upload practice audio for internal rehearsal purposes. Worthship does not source, distribute, or make publicly available any audio recordings. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right or permission to use any audio they upload or connect.

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worthship, Codebrew, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
Worthship performs routine backups for disaster recovery. While we strive to protect all organization data, users remain responsible for maintaining copies of any critical information.
Worthship may use artificial intelligence features to assist users in organizing, formatting, searching, or analyzing organization-owned content.
We do not use your organization's private content to train public AI models without your explicit permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Upon request, we will provide a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) for you to export your organization data before permanent deletion.
Worthship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Worthship is not liable for any copyright infringement, intellectual property disputes, or legal claims arising from content uploaded by users.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Worthship shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines.
Both parties waive any right to a jury trial (where applicable) and agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act). Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
